Assalamualaikum.

On this week, I had presented my project of “One Malaysia” in front of the class. Before the presentation began, I fill very nervous about how I will present to the classmate but suddenly Puan Rafidah had ordered to form a circle of two groups and my team needs to present to the other team. I fill very happy because I don’t needs to present in front of all classmates.

Today I need to present about an animation of One Malaysia. My most important problem is I’m not a good presenter because I felt very nervous in front of the others than I will forget about what I’m trying to talk. When it comes to my turn, I tried to convinces myself that I can do it perfectly than I remembered what Puan Rafidah had teach me before, about the preparation before the presentation. Then I take a deep breath, and I start presenting about my project.

My project is about to describe the concept of One Malaysia practiced by Malaysian nowadays in an animation called “Kampung Egg”. It’s tells about three best friends from different races; Ahmad, Ah Chong and Muthu playing together happily than comes one conflict that are testing their relationship, and they had fighting each other’s then comes one old man trying to stop them from fighting each other and after he able to manage them, he had tell about the concept of One Malaysia among Malaysian. The three boys felt really regret on their attitude on each others. After I finished presenting my project, I felt really comfortable and all my nervous are gone.

At the end of this week, I had learned that we need to have well prepared before we presenting something in front of the others so that our presentation will be perfect without any mistakes.

Forth week report

Alhamdulillah, on this week I will work on the presentation, and I had learned about Oral Presentation preparation and delivery. On this topic, I had learned about how to prepare before having a presentation. Puan rafidah had tough me that when we having a presentation, the first thing is we should keep our timing make sure we keep within the 7-minute time limit. If anything under 6 minutes is also a problem. To make we get the right timing, we need to do some rehearsal and write a script, or find some other way to get the timing just right.

Besides that, we also need to keep our volume loud enough to make sure all our audiences hire what we were trying to deliver to them, for that we need to practice several time either alone or with our friends to make sure that we are really ready before facing the real presentation.

The third things is, we needs to keep pacing and speed because as we know when we are facing the audiences faces, we’ll become quiet nervous and then suddenly we will talk faster than the normal one. To prevent this situation from happening, I had learned that the best ways is to take the deep breath before presentation and think about something we do really likes. Insyaallah, it will help us in this nervousness moment.

The most common thing happened to me when I try to do the presentation is the verbal crutches it mean our nervous verbal habits likes too much “uh,” “you know” “okay” and etc. Puan Rafidah had taught me on how to avoid those things from happened again. She asks me to silent for a while, to replace the crutches infect it gives the audiences time to process what we are talking about.

By the end of this week, I had learned about how to be a good presenter in a presentation. Now I know how important the connection between the body and the language is in delivering information in a presentation. Insyalllah, after this I will be a good presenter because after this week I need to present in front of the class about my project of “One Malaysia”.

Third week report

Alhamdullah, today I had entered my third week of IT entrepreneurship. On this week, Puan Rafidah had teach my on business plan.

In this topic, I had learn about the business purpose, business plan and about advantage and disadvantage of using software packages to assist in preparing business plan.

Business plan is a written narrative, typically 25 to 35 pages long, that describe what a new business plans to accomplish.

Dual-use document can be divided into two sub title; inside and outside of the firm.

In inside of the firm, it more focusing on helping the firm to build the “road map” to follow in executing it’s strategic & plans. While outside of firm, it more focusing on introduces potential investor & other shareholder to the business.

By the end of this week, I had learned about the scenery in doing business either in or outside of the firm.

Second week report

Today is my second week of study, in our class today, i had learn about "How To Make a Succesful Business".
my lecturer had show my a movie of a person who had involved in IT field, working in Apple Corporation. He highlighted three main thing that very important in making a successful business.

1) Quality of life.
2) Right a wrong.
3) Prevent the end of something good.






1) Quality of life

In achieving the goal of successful business, we should not see in just one side, but we must see in the other side too, not just think about profit or money but we must also see in making our life to be much better and more comfortable life.
2) Right a wrong

when we see the scenery around us, we can see that there are something not right in it. There are always unbalance effect of what we doing.

For example, the water pollution. If we take the determination to right a wrong not the money as our goal, we could save our planet from this tremendous destruction by creating some machine or some equipment to do this job. By doing that, the money will come to us, not us us looking for it.!! and our planet could be saved to.

3) Prevent the end of something good
The last but not list in making our business keeps going in good shape is to prevent the end of something good, for example, we should support the growth of technology today. Therefore, the technology would not just end like that.! without any effort to sustain it in future.

By the end of this week, I had learn that business is not just about money or just to gain profit, but the motivation to help other that makes the business to keeps going and maintains is the main key to succeed in business. It has give me an inspiration to open a business some day soon, insyaallah..
